The Board of Education of the East Holmes Local School District, whose offices are located at 4535 TR 367, Millersburg, OH 44654, is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide construction manager-at-risk services for the phased renovation of classrooms at all eight of the District’s school buildings, and such additional and reasonably related improvements as may be deemed necessary.
